Stages of Work:
After the contract is signed, we will collaboratively fill out the Statement of work, discuss ideas, and review references.
In the initial phase, we will conduct measurements of the space and develop one to three alternative space planning solutions.
Upon approval of the space planning solution, we will discuss additional references to gain a comprehensive understanding of your preferences. Only then will we commence the creation of the design and visualizations/collage.
At this stage, we will produce a package of drawings and specifications essential for the successful implementation of the project.

Stages of Work:
After signing the contract, we will collaborate with you to complete the statement of work, discuss ideas, and review references. We will also need topographic surveys and geological investigations from you.
- Preliminary house layout
- Layout scheme (preliminary plan without furniture)
- Floorplan (plan with furniture placement)

- Development of visualizations showcasing the entire architectural design of the house, typically around 8 images.
- Site plan with the house's location on the plot.
- Foundation plans for each floor, with dimensions of all walls and rooms.
- Furniture placement plans for each floor.
- Roof plan.
- 2 cross-sections through the house, specifying preferred construction layers (roof, floors, walls, etc.)
- All sides of the house (usually 4), with a schedule of finishing materials.
- Specification for all doors, windows, and stained glass.
- Foundation plans for each floor, with dimensions of all walls and rooms.
- Furniture placement plans for each floor.

- 2 cross-sections through the house, specifying preferred construction layers (roof, floors, walls, etc.)

Estimate
A comprehensive list of finishing materials, equipment, lighting solutions, and furniture for assessing the overall project cost. We select various suppliers, taking into account criteria such as price, quality, timelines, reputation, and experience of collaboration with contractors.
We compile a summary table that includes all sections of the project with indications of factories, article numbers, suppliers, and prices. The standard set provided in the design project does not include detailed development, supplier selection, prices, and article numbers. It serves more as a list of elements included in the project, specifying names and quantities, without addressing additional aspects.
